Back in February, I had the opportunity to travel to Cuba. A beautiful country with bustling streets, classic cars, friendly people and a history that is beyond complex to most Americans. Going into the trip I was a little nervous what exactly to expect. Why are there so many restrictions on travel? How do they feel about Americans? Is it safe? And most importantly, what are their policies on drones??! To sum things up, the travel ban is puzzling (down right dumb on the U.S. part), they welcome Americans (but aren’t too fond of a certain President), it turns out to be one of the safest Caribbean islands and the whole drone thing- didn’t chance it.
If you’re thinking about traveling to Cuba- GO! The mojitos alone are worth the trip!
